  The customer service seemed apathetic and extremely loud every time someone was denied a loan or whatever they were there for. It seemed very embarrassing for each person leaving and I found that to be extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not run proper credit checks even though they approved me I felt their process was "sketchy" and I did not leave feeling safe of where I gave my information. The two ladies working seemed just angry and cold. I could not figure out why they seemed to dislike their job so much and dislike the people who are coming in having just as rough of a day. I feel the people for that job should be very compassionate and should be not screaming declined every time someone did not pass their physical. Just a thought/opinion...
