    I don't understand how one resource is suppose to manage several resources without bottle-necking processes which affects human life. MSC was/is totally ineffective to me.
    Being an addict in early recovery, I was referred to the New Life Program and was basically told to sell my belongings so that I could save money according to their scheme. There wad no flexibility at all. No one seem to realize that the issue was being a homeless addict, versus what I have attained materially. I was allegedly referred to Lydia House, no one ever called me as they were suppose to...Project Achieve list I waited on...watched others helped before me as I was listed earlier on the sign up. When I talked to my case manager....the best response she could compose was, 'I wish we had more resources'...

    I was robbed while being homeless..I sleep in my car, wash up in public restrooms...etc..I am in survival mode...willing to give up material things to restructure what ever I need to get pass this trial in my life...have even left a message for the New Life Program Supervisor..of course, she hasn't returned my call....worthless system and waste of taxpayers dollars.
