  Over the years Dr. Tran has been there many times for special critical care. She is dedicated to her clients/patients and is very personable and professional. The practice deserves a five star rating but, since Dr. Tran is the only vet it becomes a little difficult to make a quick appointment when necessary. They are closed two days a week and she does surgeries on Friday thus appointments only on four days. However, if you can get in Family Vet is a jewel. Today, Friday, Dr. Tran will be able to make an exception and see Gabe/cat after her surgery schedule. Very much appreciated!
  Front desk attention is very important. That can make the difference in the experience. Elias is always so very attentive. Keeping waiting time to a minimum. Elias likes wild birds and watches.
