  I love Bar Method Long Beach! The instructors are knowledgeable, approachable, fun and friendly. Their attention to form and posture ensure this old dancer bod doesn't get hurt but challenges it enough to produce some really satisfying results.
  
  I've experienced a lot of studio vibes and BMLB is by far one of the most welcoming and friendly studios. The only competition that goes on is with yourself, and that's really refreshing. I love coming to class and feeling like family! ❤️
